1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using LearnCodingFast ("the Service", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") — a service operated by BKesellers LTD , a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15793709) — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy .

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms. You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

4. Permitted Use

5. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

6. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including but not limited to lessons, tutorials, code examples, interactive editors, images, videos, graphics, logos, and design elements—is the exclusive property of LearnCodingFast and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The content is licensed to you solely for personal, non-commercial educational use. No part of the content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, performed, or used in derivative works without our express written permission.

Code examples provided in lessons are intended for learning purposes. While you may use concepts and techniques learned in your own projects, you may not copy and redistribute entire lessons, courses, or significant portions of content.

8. Advertising & Google AdSense Compliance

The Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free availability of educational content. We are committed to maintaining a transparent and compliant advertising experience.

• No ad scripts are loaded until you respond to the cookie consent banner
• Personalised ads are only displayed if you explicitly grant consent for ad personalisation

• That the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• That defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnCodingFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall continue in full force and effect.
